Process Orchestration

Business process languages are used to describe the flow of the processes inside and between organizations. These flows use business logic to determine what and who should participate in an event.

Process Orchestration describes the dynamic execution of a business process from a technical view. Process orchestration is based on scripts. Many times these scripts leverage web services to determine the routing paths. Orchestration languages like BPML and BPEL4WS are used to not only create composite web services, but also to emulate the process flow by using web services.
